Shortly after Hurricane Harvey, we as an executive board along with the support of Mr. Aston, felt that a fall fundraiser/festival was not appropriate to do. Along the same time Timber Creek PTO approached us and invited us to be a part of their fall festival. Timber Creek is incurring all the facilities costs, splitting everything from the night 50/50, (ticket, wristband, and food sales) and allowing us to keep whatever we make in pre-sales.
So how you can most benefit our school is to make all purchases for this event in advance (pre-sale). More information is coming, so stay tuned.
