Dear CES Families,
We wanted to let you know that our annual family events for the spring will be earlier in the school year this year than compared to prior years. The Rodeo Run will be held on February 28, 2019, and the Country Fair will be the evening of March 1, 2019. So even though December is just beginning, we are excited to begin planning for our spring family events. You will receive more information after the winter break about these events, but the planning and prep works needs to start now. Can you help?
We would love to have you join the planning teams for these events. We are still looking for people to increase our team size for the Silent Auction, Raffle, Games, Decorations, Cook-off, and more!
We will be having our kick off meeting on Wednesday December 5th at 9:30 am in the PTO room. Please join us! If you have a conflict with the meeting but would still be willing to help please let us know. [email protected]
Also our sponsorship, silent auction, and raffle teams will need our Creekview Families connections! Who do you know that would like to promote their business, make a tax deductible donation before the end of 2018?
Do you have a business that would like to financially sponsor in aspect of the event?
