Calling all Rodeo Run Volunteers

Dear Creekview Families,

As part of the 2017 CES Country Fair Spring Fundraiser, this year’s Rodeo Run will occur on Thursday April 6th during the school day.  As we starting planning for this fun event, we are looking for volunteers to join the Rodeo Run Planning Committee.  If you are interested in helping with this fun event, please contact Lori Ramsey @ 281-352-1784 or [email protected].

We will have our first meeting next week immediately following the PTO General meeting (Feb 9th @ 9:30am).

Spirit Night Coming…Spring Creek BBQ January 31st

It is time for a fun night at Spring Creek BBQ located on 2020. Come show your school spirit and join the PTO, teachers and Mr. Aston for some great BBQ.

If you were unable to join earlier in the year consider coming this time. The children loved seeing the teachers and Mr. Aston putting their serving skills to work.

Fun things happening this week

The children have a ton of great activities planned this week…

GRINCHMAS IN THE LIBRARY

  • Pop corn will be served and students can wear PJs while watching a movie.

50’s DRESS UP DAY  – Thursday

  • To celebrate achieving our fundraising goal for PAWS FOR A CAUSE, the students can dress up in 50’s wear this day. Mr. Aston will also be made into a Human Sundae that morning at Rise and Shine. Sounds like a fun day for the kids!

CLASS CHRISTMAS PARTY – FRIDAY, December 16th  

  • We look forward to celebrate Christmas with your children at the class parties

EARLY RELEASE DAY – Friday

  • Remember….this is an early release day!!! Pick up your kids at 12:50

50’s Dress Up Day and Mr. Aston the Human Sundae – Thursday December 15th

As promised, if we met the Paws for a Cause fundraising goal, the kids get a 50’s dress up day and Mr. Aston becomes a human sundae.

We deliver.

Have your child dress in their best 50s clothes next Thursday. Be as creative as you would like (within school dress code of course).

Can’t wait to see all the wonderful outfits!

Oh, and don’t forget Mr.Aston. It should be a great time.
